dc.description.abstract | The Challenges of Peacebuilding in Matebeleland North and South Provinces - Zimbabwe (1980-2010) establishes the major factors contributing to failure of peace-building in the Matabeleland North and South Provinces. The major findings from the study indicate that the government had not been sincere in peace building efforts and the process of reconciliation was not properly implemented, as a result communities in Matebeleland provinces remained divided. The study also established that there were no laws instituted to deal with reconciliation and peacebuilding matters. | en_US |
