It explored how evidentiary challenges, political constraints, and lack of sufficient resources influence the ICC’s quest for justice. Drawing on legal global analysis, academic literature, and ICC judgements, the study analyzed whether the court has managed to fulfill its mandate to put an end to impunity for war crimes.
